The hotel is in the middle of abandoned buildings and a construction zone. It is an 18 minute walk to the nearest station with no lights on the streets. There is trash and graffiti everywhere. It’s unsafe and there is no shuttle anywhere. The staff seemed bothered when asked for directions. The tv is not a smart tv and only local channels can be viewed. It’s hard to even find the hotel thru the construction zone. I will never stay here again.

Recommend for travellers with transport options.
The hotel met all expectations for a typical 4-star hotel, and even exceeded some for Milan standards. It seems to have been recently refurbished and renovated. The location leaves a lot to be desired, but the hotel itself meets and even exceeds expectations. The room was good (we had a family room), the amenities were OK, the breakfast was very good (the breakfast room not so much, as it was uncomfortably cold). Staff were good and attentive. The parking was free of charge and, hence, very convenient for our rental. For 2 of our 3 nights, the main elevators were out of service, while of the 3 side elevators, only 2 were in operation, and this caused some issues.

Very disappointing.
Very disappointed. Stayed one night and wanted to go out for dinner - hotel recommended 4 cento. We asked if it was in walking distance, hotel said they wouldn’t advise walking and called us a cab. Cab charged us €14 the restaurant was ACROSS THE ROAD from the hotel and most definitely in walking distance - I felt totally ripped off! When I confronted the receptionist in the morning, he was totally dismissive and said there was nothing he could do!

The hotel is amazing, but if you want to get there by foot you’ll spend a lot of time, because they don’t have any public transport to the hotel. Around the hotel is very dirty and while you’re walking you’ll see many abandoned buildings, the only way to find is using maps or GPS.
