The property and grounds were very nice but we had some serious service issues. Anything we ordered from the bar was either incorrect or never came. After two hours of waiting I had to go up and cancel our orders. Multiple times our drinks came out incorrect. The bathroom also got soaked anytime we used the shower. Water would get out of the shower and puddle up on the floor of the bathroom making it unsafe. Had to put down 2-3 towels every time.

Poor maintenance, toilet was broken in our room and my sister room. I also heard another guest complaining about the toilet. The front desk was rude and not professional. Housekeeping service was horrible. She took our dirty towels, but didn't leave clean once. Didn't take out the trash. When i asked the front girl at the lobby if thats normal, her answer was i dont know because im bot in Housekeeping. Beach chairs were not available for all guests. One of the days the pool manager approached us and said the pool will be closing early due to some party reservations. Im really not sure why did i pay the resort fee. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Do NOT stay at Sole. They practice FALSE ADVERTISING in countless ways. They do NOT offer FULL KITCHENS! AT ALL! They do not offer a 2-Bedroom Suite! Our 2-Bedroom OCEANVIEW Suite was a 1 Bedroom Suite with a kitchenette. The 2nd bedroom WAS ACROSS THE HALLWAY WITHOUT ANY OCEAN VIEW AT ALL! No dishes. No cook-wear items. NO lounge chairs on the balcony when advertised as “relax on the wrap around ocean view balcony” Expedia needs to refund us in FULL and DO NOT STAY THE SOLE MIAMI! When asked for help, we got NONE and a disgusting message. NOT EVEN A TOASTER DOR BREAD. I am LIVID! And BOTH EXPEDIA AND SOLE SHOULD REFUND US!
