Booked a double and could only be given a single when we got there. My tour manager had to sleep on the floor. Shower didn’t work at all.

Staff unorganized and unbothered about complaints on room. The room itself felt cramped and dirty. We found hairs in the sheets, stuck on walls/floors of bathroom, hairs in between folded towels. Dirty seats in waiting area. Price too high for immediate area it’s in. Would not recommend.
