This is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath direct ocean facing condo on a high floor at the Tides on Hollywood Beach. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views from your bedroom floor to ceiling window and private terrace. Here you will enjoy the exclusive residents' beach club and pool. And the unrivaled amenities and aesthetics afforded by more than $20 million in renovations. Stroll the beach and then swim laps in the secluded heated pool, taking in the exotic landscaping and spectacular views of the ocean. Or head for the state-of-the-art fitness center. Enjoy movies in the top of the art movie theater or relax in the sophisticated social and pool room. Close to the exciting Hollywood Beach boardwalk where you will find many outdoor cafes, restaurants and shops. There is live entertainment at the bandstand on the boardwalk on weekends. Just a 15 minute drive to South Beach or 10 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale, 15 minutes to the Aventura Mall and 40 minutes to Sawgrass Mills.

The Tides will charge guests $30 per fob at check in. Fobs are small electronic devices used to unlock the doors to the common areas. You will be required to purchase at least one fob for every two members of your party 16 years or older upon arrival.   They will also give you wristbands to be worn for access to the pool area.   

THE BUILDING HAS IMPOSED SIGNIFICANT HANDLING FEES FOR PACKAGES RECEIVED FOR GUESTS. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL HANDLING CHARGES FOR YOUR PACKAGES.  WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GUARANTEEING RATES CHARGED.

We had a wonderful stay. The views were beautiful. The location was perfect. Some great restaurants within walking distance. Great location for day trips to either Miami or Fort Lauderdale!

Perfect Accommodations
We can not say enough good things about our stay from the very beginning to check out. The Host is outstanding and so helpful. The vondo is really beautiful with a gorgeous view from the master bedroom. The pool was very nice and the beach was excellent. The boardwalk is well worth the walk down the beach or a short drive in the car. The house keeping was also good, very clean and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this Condo. Definitely will be repeat customers.

Condo is decorated nicely. View to the ocean is lovely and sweeping from the mbr and living room. Apartment is generally well maintained; a few places need minor repair to make it perfect. I would definitely book this unit again.

Great ocean views
Roomy and clean. Absolutely loved watching sunrise from bed through the huge window overlooking the ocean. The balcony view of the ocean is also nice. Loved being right on rhe beach. Owner was WONDERFUL to work with. We rented at the last minute, and he was very helpful. I would stay here again, but I woyld try to arrive during regular hours. After hour check in was rather complicated.

This property was very clean and spacious! Had a large king bed room that looks onto the beach and two double beds in another room! Two clean bathrooms and a tv in every room! Absolutely loved it!

Great place!
We had a great time! We had beautiful views and just steps away from the beach. Plenty of space for the four of us. Any questions we had were answered quickly and all of our needs were met. We look forward to coming back in the future.
