Excellent location! The area is safe and full of life. The hotel is affordable so cant expect 5 star infrastructure. The staff was very nice to me. Theres only one slow elevator at the moment so going up and down took longer than i liked. But i recommend for the price

My stay was extended for 3 nights, the A/C did not work for all three nights, was asked on 3 occasions and never solved the problem. He didn't offer to change the room, due to time constraints I couldn't stay in the hotel all day and demand that the problem be solved. In addition to that, I asked the reception staff to give me an additional coffee kit and they demanded that I pay them US$ 3.00 for it, that is, not the slightest courtesy from them to at least compensate for the cost. At the end of the day I don't recommend it.

The check in person was delightful. But the valet??? was unprofessional and unhelpful. The hotel is nice. But, I was not given good instruction about what floor my room would be on, especially knowing my Spanish is limited.
