Convenient once - wouldn’t go again
A strange place, with displays about its own past glories, dated room decor and mahogany grandeur downstairs. Reception staff were excellent, less so perhaps in the restaurant; breakfast wasn’t great, and the breakfast room had caged birds in it - not a fan of that. Location was convenient but so noisy with clubbers on the Friday night. Shower was instantly hot and powerful - excellent - but bed too soft.
