When I checked in they sent me to a room that hadn’t been cleaned . Drinks from previous people on nightstand, linens of bed on floor. Housekeeping didn’t come to clean room until after 4 pm.

The hotel was lovely, with friendly staff, a great location, and good restaurants. My only complaint is that a bar not owned by the hotel but close to my room played music at deafening volume from, midnight to 4 am one night. I had to switch rooms. The hotel was great otherwise and I hope they are able to work with the bar owner to resolve the problem.

Excellent location and service.
I will recommend this hotel, all staff friendliness and willing to help. Rooms are clean and room temperature is great. The only thing that my family and I didn’t like was all the pillows (very thick). We stayed in the 11 floor and Carla, Misael and Abi did a great job taking care of us. Definitely I will come back again next year.

Location was close to some good restaurants including onsite dining. The El Ángel de la Independencia (Angel of independence) was a worthwhile 3 short block walk away from hotel. Nice rooftop pool area. Directions for tourists within the hotel not clear. How to acces pool, ice machine etc. Upon arriving via taxi I asked the doorman how much I should be paying the taxi driver. I had been quoted 35US yet bargained to 30US with the driver. I was given 3 diffrent answers 40 20 and 30 US from three different hotel staff members. Less expensive cabs red in color cost about 15-20 US. I believe it would make it easier if they knew the actual fare. There really isn't one it turns out. I was told if I wanted to ensure my safety I would need to pay for the more expensive cab. That comment had me feeling a little apprehensive being in Mexico City, in the first place. The rooms were nice. Bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice and hot water worked well. The shower is doorless which is pleasing esthetically yet, has a tendency to run out onto floor a bit...making it a bit slick to walk on. All valuable belongings go in room safe or the hotel is not responsible. Hotel doorman were welcoming and helpful. They arranged 5:30am taxi for us. Which allowed for us to arrive at airport for 6:10am before the heavy morning traffic had a chance to get flowing. I paid the driver 30 US for, the ride to the airport. Overall, I would give the hotel a 4/5 rating.

Fabulous stay at Galeria Plaza Reforma
We were upgraded to the executive stay and that made the stay fabulous. It gave us access to the Brisas club where we could get breakfast, and happy hour.
