Great house and location
We really enjoyed the house and it was big enough for us to spread out. Nice updates to the house and kids loved the pool. We even saw a rocket launch from the backyard. Beds were comfortable and house was epuipped with everything we needed!

Perfect stay
This house was absolutely perfect for my family! We stayed for a few days before our cruise and we all enjoyed it. It was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. Only minutes from shopping and restaurants.

Amazing Getaway in Merritt Island
This was the best experience! I was so glad I did not have to pack beach or bath towels, and the game room was perfect! Washer and Dryer made it convenient to keep up with our clothing and it was great to be welcomed to bottled water, snacks and k cups if needed, as well as full shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both showers. I liked the convenience of the Publix grocery right across from the neighborhood where the house is. The host was responsive with questions I had which was fabulous. Highly recommend staying here and will absolutely return!! Paper plates and paper towel, nice warm plush blankets and best of all little clean up- everything was clear for us and very easy! Because we came in Feb, the pool was cold- heated would have been nice as we could not enjoy it (but the kids did- they do not care!)

Holiday Get Away
It was wonderful to have a holiday get away during December 21 - 27, 2023 with my family at this lovely Merritt Island residence. It was fantastic for the family with fun activities. What a warm atmosphere of coziness and very clean! We were welcomed with a delicious hospitality basket. A home away from home experience that has plenty of space for the children to play as well as the adults to have great conversations, play games, watch the movies, dance, cook family meals, watch the games on the big TV Screen over the fireplace or the family room. (However, we did not use the fireplace) The Central A/C Heater worked perfectly! There were TV's in each bedroom as well. Also, if we had questions or concerns, the owner and/or her representative replied with a positive result. Yes! I'll stay there again! It was a joy to host my family for this wonderful holiday getaway at a beautiful location and atmosphere.

Perfect house for together time!
Arrival was easy. The home is close to a Publix and Target on the main strip but far enough away that the road noise is minimal. Sidewalks are available through the neighborhood for walks. the kitchen is well stocked with all you need for basic meals. Extra provisions like spices and cleaning supplies are available. The home was super clean. There is no hot tub and the pool is not heated. The safety fence and way the pool door locks automatically made us feel like the kids would have a hard time getting in the pool without help. This property allowed us to have so much fun and not worry about safety. We will certianly be staying here again!
