Located so close to the Rye township - is this super cute property where you can park the car and walk everywhere.
Take a short stroll a few blocks to the iconic Rye pier, Rye Hotel & RSL, restaurants & cafes.
The property is perfect for families with children and pets as its fully fenced which also provides plenty of off-street parking.
The outdoor area which is completely undercover with lovely outdoor lights, cafe blinds and plenty of seating is wonderful to enjoy a meal and the dining table or to simply relax on the couches no matter what the weather.
The property features 3 spacious bedrooms as follows:
Master: Queen bed with its own shower
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with ceiling fan
Bedroom 3: bunk single beds and a double bed.
The open plan living and dining area features a huge smart TV, WIFI, split heating & cooling unit that can filter throughout the property helped with the ceiling fan in this room however, its stays lovely & cool as its solid brick.
The kitchen is perfectly functionable with all the basics with a fabulous breakfast bar & bar stools.
There is also another shower room and there is one separate toilet.
Please note that this is a unit located at the rear of a block of two (2) however.
Please bring your own linen & towels. We provide doonas (so you may wish to bring your cover), pillows, hand towels, tea towels & bathmats.
Whilst the entire property is available for your use, the garage is not available.
We kindly request if you bring your pets, you are a responsible pet owner and pick up all droppings. We also request that pets do not sit on furniture, carpet or beds.
