On our floor it smelled of cooking from the extended stayers. Not a pleasant smell. The floor in the room was sticky and there was a smell of a cleaning product so I know they tried but it wasn’t a pleasant smell. I thought the beds were Queen and they double beds.

Was advised when we checked in that the last 3 rooms available to rent had issues even tho I had already booked it on line. We took the room that the fridge wasn’t working. Had issues with Wi-Fi and was made to feel stupid when I asked questions. No amenities in room. When asked if they had some soap I was advised NO. will not book at this chain again. Very rude and unhelpful ☹️☹️☹️
