Very nice place. Very comfortable and clean room. The bed was fabulous! The cleaning solution smell was a bit overwhelming though. No staff on site- we got check in instructions via text. But we didn’t need any help. I’d stay here again.

Not a Boutique hotel by any standard
Calling this place a "Boutique" hotel is like calling a Chevy Equinox a "Luxury SUV." It is most like a Comfort Inn. The room smelled strongly of mildew. The mattresses were saggy. Upon checking in you are given a code for your room and told that there is no night staff and the front door remains unlocked. The location reminded us of a warehouse store parking lot. If you are looking for a Motel 6, quick in and out no frills experience, this is your place.
