1. Swimming Pool Usage:
• The swimming pool is available for authorized guests.
• Usage fees are as follows:
* Php 150 on regular days and weekends.
* Php 300 during Holidays.
• Fees are per guest.
• Maximum of 2 guests allowed per unit per day.
• Please note that the pool is closed every Monday for maintenance.
• Remember to wear appropriate swimming attire.
2. Parking Information:

3. Identification Requirements:
• To comply with building management regulations, we kindly request a copy of a valid ID from each guest.
Other things to note
Check-in/Check-out:
- Check-in from 3:00 pm onwards.
- Check-out strictly at 12:00 noon.
- A fee of Php 250 per hour will be charged for checkouts past 12:00 noon.
- Early check-in allowed if no guests before you; same with late check-out if no guests after you.
- We prioritize cleanliness and sanitation before and after each guest's stay.
Safety and Security:
- Strictly No Illegal Drugs or Smoking/Vaping inside.
- No physical fighting.
- First Aid Kit: Top left shelf in the dining area.
- Fire exits at the end of the hallway.
- Violations may result in fines (Php 1,000 to Php 10,000) depending on the issued ticket by security personnel.
Unit Care and Policies:
- Maintain the unit's condition at check-in.
- You break/take it, you bought it. (Damaged items will be evaluated accordingly.).
- Two cabinets, located below the TV and below the bathroom sink, are designated for cleaning materials; kindly refrain from touching or opening them.
- Only registered guests are allowed; unauthorized visitors are not permitted.
- No last-minute guest changes or additional guests are allowed.
Housekeeping:
- Cleaning fee (upon request) during your stay is Php 300. (additional Php 200 if including towel and bed sheet change)
- Dispose of trash in the provided bins in the toilet, bedroom, and the lower-left cabinet of the kitchen.
Cooking Guidelines:
- MINOR cooking allowed. For example: Fried or boiled eggs, hotdogs, instant noodles or pasta, sandwiches, salads, microwaveable meals, cereals, etc.
- Avoid cooking any strong-smelling food. (Please do not cook meals that involve extensive cooking processes or the use of strong-smelling ingredients like garlic, onions, curry powder, and spices, fish, seafood, fish sauce, soy sauce, vinegar); Php 1,000 will be charged for deep cleaning to remove strong smells in the unit.
- Make sure the range hood is turned on. Smoke will trigger the smoke detector.
- Cooking oil, salt, and pepper provided. Keep in mind, we allow only minor cooking, so there are limited cooking essentials available.
- The unit is equipped with a rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker for your convenience.
Laundry:
- Washer with a spin dryer available. Laundry detergent NOT provided.
- The washing machine can double as a laundry basket for your convenience.
- Only a FEW hangers are available and a small drying rack on the balcony. Please don't hang any clothes or towels on the balcony RAILING or above its height. (Penalty may apply).
- Laundromat also available on the 2nd Floor.
Energy Conservation and Noise Control:
- Save Mother Earth: Turn off AC and lights when leaving.
- Adhere to noise curfew (11:00PM to 6:00AM); loud noises may incur a penalty.
Unit Etiquette:
- Close the door when leaving. (If you hear the door beeping, it indicates that the door is not fully closed.)
- Take care of sheets and towels; stained sheets may incur a Php 1,000 penalty.
- Do not move the internet router to avoid damage; charges may apply.
- Please turn off the PS4™ properly. Do not unplug without shutting down. Take good care of the PS4™ game discs.
- Care for furnishings, including furniture, appliances, curtains, and rugs; charges may apply.
- No rearrangement of furniture; do not adjust the TV position as it may damage the screen.
- Please place your shoes or outdoor slippers in the shoe rack below the dining area shelves.
Cleanliness and Departure Guidelines:
- Please do not take the indoor slippers home.
- Avoid dumping food in the sink or toilet bowl; kindly wash used dishes and utensils.
