Convenient and clean so a shame….
Hi our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive until 4:30am. We asked for late checkout and the welcoming receptionist said she could accommodate 1:00 which was fantastic. She told us to put do not disturb on the door and that she would record this on our booking. At 10am the cleaner knocked loudly despite do not disturb. And just after 11 reception called to confirm our late checkout. Such a shame as what could have resulted in a fantastic customer experience was impacted by two members of staff not thinking things through. A shame. Otherwise a convenient clean hotel
