Sadly customer service was terrible. Lady at front desk didn't even greet me. I had to say hello and how are you? To which I got a 'good' and thats it. Got told room should be $220 and not the $184 I booked through wotif? No instructions of where to park or have a nice stay or anything like that. There was nowhere to park except on wet muddy grass and walk through it all to cottage as there was no path. Concrete landing at bottom of stairs was extremely slippery with green slime and I nearly slid over. Cottage is dated but not decorated in a cosy way. Smelt musty throughout and there was mould growing on the couch so we couldn'tsit on it. Bathroom was clean except for mould growing up walls....Way overpriced for what you get.

The owner wanted to charge $15 per room extra because we booked on the internet. Tried to tell me it was standard practice around the world. As I always book online I know this is not true. The television and wifi did not work.
