I have to command Dustin and Patricia on their fabulous work ethic during my stay there. The only issue was with the front desk staff in the morning. He was very look and rude.

Best location in Old City
Great location in the Old City in a very pretty cobble-stoned square. My family walked with our luggage from the train station over the walking bridge to this hotel—about 800 meters. Plenty of shopping, restaurants in this neighborhood and you have the Nine Towers very close by behind the hotel. (Great views of the city from up there). Reception staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and perfect.

Fantastic Time in Lucerne
The staff were amazing, the breakfast was excellent and the view from the room onto the square below was fantastic. Fantastic location and value. Two suggestions, add hooks in the bathroom since the shelf for towels is not enough space to hang things, and only 4 stations in english and all were news. A couple of entertainment stations or the ability to connect a device would be nice. That said, fantastic experience and wonderful and welcoming staff. Lucerne is beautiful and a great base from which to explore the area. Do not miss Mount Pilatus, well worth it.
