Pros: Staff willingness to help and go above and beyond
Cons: Cold meat for breaky is you didn't get up earlier enough... Eggs and other options where great so didn't really matter

Pros: Tea and coffee constantly available
Cons: Location, take earplugs as noise from karaoke bar next door starts at 5pm and goes till midnight + nowhere nearby to eat so have to go to old town
Location: Loud, Uninspiring, inconvenient
Value: much better elsewhere; Mosquitoes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We paid in advance for 6 nights and left after 4 and went back to a guesthouse in the old town

Pros: The family that run the hotel & free bicycles to ride.
Cons: Probably not quite enough staff during the peak time we visited the hotel.
Location: Close to everything, Just right
Facilities: Good; Value: Affordable; Service: Professional, Good, Courteous; Cleanliness: Faultless; The family really did go out of their way to make our stay at the hotel & Luang Prabang enjoyable.

Pros: Mother and son owners could not have been more helpful
Cons: Cannot think of anything
Location: Reasonable access, They provide transport
Facilities: Above average, all you need; Value: good value great breakfas; Service: Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: Lovely; they provide bikes and helped us book bus tickets. Were also very good with my daughter

Pros: The staff and their passion to please their guests . They go out of their way to ensure your stay not only at their hotel but in laos is amazing!
Cons: Slightly out of the way, however the hotel has free bikes for its guests and pas for a nightly tuk tuk if you need so it isn't a problem at all!
Service: Flawless; Cleanliness: Gleaming; The hotel is AMAZINGLY clean! Spotless.

Pros: Fantastic hotel run by family,mother and son ,who were so helpful.new bicycle provided free of charge.breakfast was plentiful with Lu a great cook.
Cons: A little way out of town but the added tranquility and little exercise from cycling was great.beautiful cycling home from market on balmy nights
