The room was very clean and the staff was great. We were disappointed with the pool. My husband planned to spend the day at the pool with our 4 year old while I was at a convention. The water was VERY cold. The staff did tell us that the water was set to 78 degrees, and it probably felt cold because of the windows. HOWEVER, we live in the midwest, and do swim lessons in a facility with even more windows, and the water has never felt that icy. After 15 minutes my daughter's lips were blue and she was shivering. We tried again the second day, and it was the same problem.
