Perfect size everything was walkable. Loved that I could make dinner reservations a week in advance. The food was amazing at every place and they have so many options. Can beer - loved!! Only complaint was the signing when you are all inclusive, not that it really mattered but didn't see why you needed too.

This is a solid property which aligns with the average rating of this property. The staff were friendly and dining reservations easily made via e-mail with concierge prior to travel. My wife and I enjoyed the food at all the restaurants (we got all inclusive), with the highlight being the Picanha Steak at Tomatillos restaurant. We also enjoyed the Lion King show during the buffet dinner and recommend you arrive at least 30 min early to get a good seat. Service at the pool was excellent (big shout out to Andres!) and we were never left waiting to refill our drinks. I just wish music was louder at the pool. This is also one of the few properties where you have beach access, so it's a good change of scenery from the pool. Our room was perfect for us and two little kids, especially with a fully stocked kitchen area. The hotel provided two cribs and we felt safe putting our kids in there to nap/sleep. My only complaint is the quality of the iron which slightly stained my shirt. It was extremely hot and burned off the ironing board cloth which then transferred onto my shirt. I've never used an iron in any hotel that was hot enough to do that. I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a solid value at an affordable price point!
