The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities that one would expect from a 5 star rental. 4 flat screen TV's with Netflix. Double pane Windows for light sleepers. Forced air and heating, Sleeps 6 adults or Four Adults and 3 Children. Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. High Chair and pack and play available upon request. Walk to 2nd Street, where you will find great dining and shopping at boutique shops and restaurants. Great Location!
This property was perfect for our family! It was clean and exactly as described. The location was great- steps away from the open ocean as well as a calm inlet for the kiddos to play. The hosts were super responsive and very accommodating. This was an awesome place to stay!!

Met the hosts, great folks! Thanks for answering all the inquiries. Plenty of room to relax. Internet access is a plus. Smart TVs well setup. Kitchen nicely equipped. The dining table - smart. Good shopping nearby. Great beach access out the front and back doors. Worry free parking. Very enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. The distance from all the attractions we wanted to go to was perfect. The house itself was very pretty. The only downside would be the cleanliness. One of the bathroom tubs was pretty dirty and after a day or two my bedroom smelled like mildew. It was raining quite a bit the days we were there though. The rest of the house’s cleanliness was fine. Overall, had a great time and would book again.

Amazing Stay
This house is a great location by the beach with plenty of attractions in the area. The location was great for our family vacation with plenty of activities close by for our toddler. Steve was very communicative the entire trip and we would happily stay here again next time we come to Long Beach!

Awesome Beach House
We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Everything was as expected or better. The instructions for an easy check in were very easy. All of the space was clean and comfortable. I have never stayed at a rented home with more comfortable beds. We slept like a rock. The neighborhood is close to everything by foot but was so quiet. We would love to stay at Steve's property again someday.

Wonderful place and location!
This was a beautiful property that was well-maintained, we very much enjoyed having such easy access to the beach. There were beach chairs and towels supplied, and the host was thoughtful enough to include some bottled drinking water in the fridge for us and coffee pods upon our arrival. Communication with the host was seamless, and he addressed any concerns that are Rose during our stay very promptly. I would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to as well again in the future!

Everything was as stated in the description. Steve was very quick to get back with any answers to our questions. Perfect location with the beach right out the door and lots of restaurants within walking distance. So much to see and do in Long Beach.
