A beautiful apartment with ample space to socialise or relax, the apartment has a 'Netflix ready' TV in the lounge (Please note that there is currently no terrestrial channels available).
Parking is available for free for 1 car on the driveway, alternatively there's free street parking right outside the property. A short stroll away you will Sefton Park and the vibrant Lark Lane which is home to ample bars and restaurants.
There is a large kitchen area equipped with pots, pan, utensils, cutlery, crockery, microwave, kettle, oven and toaster. A washing machine and dryer are also available for you to use in the communal area. The lounge has an array of contemporary furniture providing a social environment for a large number of guests.
The apartment has 2 bedroom, each with a double bed in. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. All bedding is provided for 6 people to sleep.
The building is shared with other permanent residents and we ask that guests keep this in mind during their stay.
Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore vital that you stick to these pre-agreed times.
TOWELS & LINEN
- All bed linens provided (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases)
- 1 bath towel per guest provided and a hand towel for each bathroom. Please bring your own if you require more.
