Interessante Erfarung
Tolles Wohnobjekt, gut ausgestattet, ruhige Lage, aber ungepflegt und unsauber. Kein Reinigungsmaterial/Staubsauger... Lage in einem Anarcho-Sponti-Viertel mit straßenweise zugesprayten Hausfassaden. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit mit Tram.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt im Denkmal
Die Umgebung war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber Probleme gab es jetzt keine. Die Wohnungs ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und ich konnte unser kleines Versehen mit der Gefrierschranktür ohne großes Aufheben wieder in Ordnung bringen. Vielen Dank nochmal hierfür :)

Tolle unterkunft
Eine tolle ferienwohnung in leipzig. Stilvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Terasse im innenhof lässt auch raucher auf ihre kosten kommen. Lage und umgebung lässt einen erstmal nervös werden, das kann die Wohnung aber wieder ausgleichen. Die Straßen in der Umgebung sind leider sehr dreckig. Einmal hatten wir win Problem, dass das Codegesteuerte Türschloss nicht mehr funktionierte. Nach 2h hat uns die Vermietung zurückgerufen und geholfen. Für die Umstände haben wir eine Entschädigung erhalten. Also alles fair und gut👍

Sehr schöne und große FeWo. Parkplatz bis auf einmal direkt vor dem Haus gefunden. Mit den Codes an den Türen hat auch immer geklappt. Nur an der Haustür muss man im dunkeln mit dem Handy anleuchten. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Nähe sein sollten, dann gern diese.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Einen Parkplatz fanden wir direkt vor der Tür, mit dem Türcode, den wir rechtzeitig vor der Anreise bekamen, konnten wir problemlos einchecken. Ins Zentrum kann man gut laufen, ca. 20 Minuten, oder Straßenbahn fahren. Auch in der Silvesternacht mussten wir keine Angst um unser Auto haben, obwohl es in der Eisenbahnstrasse ganz schön abging 😉.
