Pets: There are throws available for the sofa that can be used if pets will be siting on the couch. Strictly no pets on the couch without a blanket

Parking: There is off-street parking and one undercover parking space. Please note there is no garage parking.

Fireplace: The fireplace is not for use. It's for aesthetics only.

Safety: The property has a backyard.

Construction - A neighboring block is having a new home built. Noise may occur during council approved hours.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
