I like that they had good deals online but was really upset when you had to pay for a wheelchair then the pool is closed and Jacuzzi we stayed at the Rio specially for the buffet which you don't have anymore !!!!

Front desk wrote wrong room and tower down. Told us to go to a parking garage that was closed and gated off. Took over two hours to finally get to our correct room and was very disappointed in the security and staff in assisting to figure out their mistake!
