Not worth it
We did not have a pleasant stay. We did not have WiFi and when we went to see if that could be fixed. Nobody knew anything. Needless to say for the whole stay we did not have WiFi in the room. Our room never got cleaned while in our stay, so we did not get clean towels or anything. People at the front desk were not helpful.

The hotel is not new or remodeled. The service was good, and they had a nice pool area. The rooms are dark with old, worn furniture.

The WiFi wasn’t working at all. They didn’t have bell man or accept more than 3 languages if you arrive early. They gave us room at 3rd floor, we asked for elevator and he didn’t mention there are several stairs passing the bridge and was challenged to get languages on stairs. Overall it was quite place but the sheets and blankets were too small for queen size. They charge us for resort fee even we prepaid via Expedia. I don’t recommend that place.

There were the bare minimum in the room. The bed was horrible as it sagged in the middle. The TV was in living room and you couldn't see it from the bedroom (no TV in the bedroom). The phone was broken. Looks like the room really needs to be upgraded.

I didn't like that my only choice was a smoking room, had no microwave, the fridge froze my drinks. The elevator was outdated, inside was very gloomy and dark. The room smelled like smoke so bad that even the close I hung in the closet smelled of smoke. We sprayed air freshener all around when we returned to the room it was as if we never sprayed at all. The towels were cheap and rough on the skin. The good thing was the heater worked.
