After reading all the good reviews for this property, we were incredibly disappointed with our stay. The staff were kind, everything was clean, the free parking is convenient and the dining is a very good value, but the room and bathroom were very cramped, the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and we had to lug our suitcases up the stairs because the elevator was broken. My son actually cried because he so badly wanted to go back to the comfortable room we stayed in the night before on the strip. Then early on Saturday morning, a garbage truck was moving dumpsters around near our window for a solid 20 minutes of clanging and beeping, so I'm not sure if multiple dumpsters are stored here and this is a common occurrence, but it was very frustrating since the entire point of staying off the strip was to get a little more peace and quiet. If you need a good value for a quick off-the-strip stay and don't have other options, this will do the trick, but if a comfortable bed and good night sleep is important to you, I would definitely recommend staying somewhere else.

For a smaller hotel in Vegas that’s low cost this is a very good pick very clean and quiet great internet which I need for work, this place just works and is located perfectly

Perfect, well priced for work trip
The front check in was busy with a lobby full of folks when I arrived. David was efficient and polite. He assisted me and made sure I received the room type I had booked. The volume wasn’t working on my tv, maintenance came right up and corrected the issue.
