Loved the location. Only two blocks from the strip so easily walkable. We had a beautiful one bedroom suite with a kitchenette. Didn’t care at all for the fact they were so pushy with the whole timeshare stuff. They weren’t happy with us we didn’t wanna do the presentation. But I don’t care.

From the moment we arrived, Anthony, from guest services, was fantastic in helping us get oriented. Our suite was spacious and very clean. The strip and the sphere are a 10-15 minute walk from the resort. We appreciated being able to leave the busyness of the strip for a more quiet setting. 10/10!

The front desk was awesome! Was able to get into our room very early and he was very helpful with questions. The issue started after we were directed over to the "event organizer" to get our wristbands. Understanding we were staying at a timeshare I knew what was coming. Our family is Wyndam owners, but this time we were not using points to secure the room, but actually paid the full price for Super Bowl weekend...almost $1,900 for 4 days! If I'm paying, I prefer not to be hounded to purchase more of what I already have.

The staff is good. Location is great. It is very near to the Strip. Monorail station is not close by and there is no housekeeping unless you are willing to pay about USD 200 for each day. Also, you will be required to attend a Time Share presentation for 90 minutes and $40 deposit will be charged in person for this presentation before you can leave from the Reception desk.

The apartment was spacious and well maintained. For us it was SO much nicer than a hotel room on the strip. Having a separate living room and kitchen allowed us to enjoy leisurely breakfast and coffee in the morning and gave each of us welcome privacy with our differing sleep schedules. Every staff person we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Would absolutely return!
