There was only one elevator and it was not working. Fortunately, the employee was able to give us a first floor room. The parking lot was completely full with some people parking their cars around the building next to the exit and entrance because of lack of suffient parking. The carpeting in the hallways was soiled and worn. I found the employees were helpful and doing their best to manage a very busy lobby.

Honestly, I liked our room and one or two staff employees that it. The second we went in we weren’t greeted by anyone. I approached the desk and the lady with a horrific attitude asked me if she could help me and I said yes. I told her I have a reservation and she asked, for what?? Lmao well this is a hotel, what do you think it’s for? And so she just gave me really bad an attitude, I don’t know what her problem was but right off the bad I had a really bad impression of this hotel. Misté be the life of the party. Throughout our stay I would say hello to other front desk employees as we would go out our 3 nights here and they would all ignore my greetings and just look at us us like shut up lol Our only nice encounter was with the sweet lady that checked us out today 2/27/2024 shout out to her! If all employees HD the same attitude as her y’all would be much better! Work on y’all’s customer service skills cuz y’all suck at it!! Other than that housekeeping was nice and did our room as requested. Will probably stay at a better hotel on the strip next time and avoid customer service like this.

Nice folks at the front desk. The elevator was out of order which was not good. I had a lot of luggage and it was a dog fight to get it up to the room. The sound of airplanes will be non stop, as well as, the sound of the traffic flow heading to Harry Reid. The room was small but it was pretty efficient. I liked that you can set the timer for the temperature control. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The only thing that really disappointed me is the shuttle started at 6 and my flight was boarding at 6:10. Beware of this because the ride shares have surge pricing and got charged $31 for a ride that was literally not even a mile.
