The photos of the property and what we actually got is nothing like the photos. The aircon is in a different spot, the bathroom has sliding doors in the photo but this only had a nasty curtain, the view is supposed to be of the town, instead it’s of a an old lot in front of the hotel. Everything is run down and old. The shower, sink, and kitchen sink are all nasty and calcified. No hot water. Ants everywhere. The floor is not clean at all, walking around the studio for even just a minute is dirtier than walking around outside. I have photos to submit as well. Absolutely disappointed and disgusted that Expedia/VRBO would even post this listing. The “blanket” they give you, is literally no better than airline blanket - so thin. The bedding covers is just one cover and if you lift it up, it’s yellow stains everywhere on the bed.
I decided to stay because it would be a hassle to change hotel middle of trip and we are away 5am-11pm doing tours and activities. I was not going to say or post anything but they’re now charging me extra for what??? Rey is responsive communicator, but there is nothing to you can about an awful room/place in that current state.
Other residents and guests stay here and when you walk by, they look like actual nice rooms/studios with nice furniture. This place has nothing. Honestly a scam. Worst Expedia stay ever.
Plus side is the security, they always ask which room you’re in to confirm identity.
