Hotel was a great place to stay for my family, right in town and minutes from Whiteface. Kids loved the pool and amenities, John at the front desk even helped me fix my microspikes! Looking forward to coming back!

Pros- The hotel is new and stylish - very clean! Ample parking. Nice restaurant. Cons- The heating unit could not be adjusted. Our first room was 74 at night which was too warm. We switched to other room and were charged the upgrade. The heat seems to be set remotely. We couldn’t get a comfortable sleeping temperature. The staff is polite but still getting to know the hotel. We requested housekeeping but we were skipped. I doubt we would stay again.
