No wifi in room and staff pretensed it worked very

The wifi was not suitable for 200 guests and was virtually unusable in the reception area and very frustrating as staff pretended it worked in the rooms Found this to be false advertising and the staff did not seem to care that the wifi did not work in the rooms also there was no mobile phone service
