Thanks for your review Jackie. The rooms are older style and basic Hotel rooms, nothing was promised that was not delivered. This is why we are the cheapest option in the area and no doubt this is why you chose to stay with us. As far as the horrible heat, we have no control over that, but there is a brand new split system air conditioner in that room, so the opportunity to control the temperature in your room was in your hands. Yes the rooms are not serviced, but as per our advertising, servicing is available as an option for $50, which you omitted to mention was waived on the 2 occassions that your rooms were serviced while you were staying with us as we were trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
