Location is excellent. Overlooks the Medetteranean. However, the room was very hot even though it was end of November. Hotel technician said it was centrally controlled and guests could not adjust their room temperature. QWe asked to check out at 2 p.m. being IHG members, but Mehmet, the receptionist, rejected our request. He wasn't nice at all.

The customer service was excellent and very helpful. At the desk the customer service Funda was very accommodating and helpful to us during the stay and very friendly as well as other staff.
