Restaurant staff good, reception staff terrible. For what we paid for this hotel, it was very unprofessional. Waited one hour for luggage, phoned twice had to go to reception and take to room myself. Three days no wifi in room finally reception moved us to a room we could get wifi after many complaints. Swimming pool was across a very busy road. Beach was always dirty. Would never stay here again.

Instant relaxation

Got an upgrade to a suite.. Amazing! Felt like a queen. Great island vibe with pool overlooking beach. Breakfast was the best I have ever had. Variety and a few different options each day. Fresh beach towels on hand. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. And that mountain view behind was one of the best. Dvd player in room.. We even had 2 tvs, one for the bedroom and one for the lounge. A short walk along the beach to the main area of Lamai and not far from the lively Chaweng with shuttle available.

Great rooms, great staff!

Great hotel setting, rooms are set back from the road so they are nice and quiet. The staff were all fantastic, very friendly, honest and accommodating. The hotel also had a range of free activities such as bean bag movies on the lawn and live music which were great! Will absolutely be staying there again next trip!

Pros: The two pools! To be able to pick where you wanted to swim!
Cons: Quite a way out of chewang, shopping isn't as great in Lamai! 300 baht plus taxi to get back into the main town.
Location: Just right, Good views
Value: Great deal; The spring rolls are DELICIOUS from the room service!
