Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
No expectations only
Everything started from the arrival. We booked a superior villa, we got to the room - it looked basic, the sofa was broken, the room was not cleaned.. then we found out that the door was not locking and the safe was not working as well. We asked the staff to fix the door - they treated us like we are incopetent and tried to teach us how to lock it. After some discussions they finally agreed to change the room - but for 2 days only.
another room was better, but we still had to ask to fix the safe for us. But the next day, hot water dissapeared in this room...
Again - they tried to teach us to use the shower - but then they realized its broken after waiting 2 hours. we had to keep asking constantly what is going on as they didn't inform us. they finally informed us that water heater is broken and cannot be fixed on Sunday so we had to move back to our previous room. we refused until the door was fixed, sofa was replaced and safe was working. It took some time because staff doesn't speak english and after escalating it we got an english speaker - after that everything was fixed as we asked.
one more very dissapointing thing - we noticed that they went through our things...
they don't clean your room unless you put the sign on and you only get one toilet paper roll per day - which is super thin and easily runs out.
Breakfast... out of 5 times we went there only once there was an avocado toast. the egg was cold and looked pre-made so not fresh. Coffee was bad as well.
