The staff was extremely kind and prompt. The room was clean and smelled good. I have dust allergies and I am happy to say there was no dust at all to trouble me. Even the bath was quite spacious.

Beside its good location nearby the train station, I really impress staff service mind (a night time shift guy on May 3, 2018) who help me a lot to find travel info. to the remote place like Takachio waterfalls and Fuji garden.

프론트의 스태프 들은 정말 친절하고 좋은 분들 같았습니다. 다만, 화장실 변기부근에서 냄새가 좀 심하고, 창문이 너무 작아서 마치 감옥에 들어간 느낌으로 답답했습니다. 그 외에는 모두 좋았습니다. 교통도 편리하구요.
