Nothing. I would never stay at this Holiday Inn again. The rooms were cold. No hot water. The hallway was filled with hockey tournament parents children. The parents were drinking. The children were playing very loudly in the hallway. We let the Holiday Inn staff know. They were not able to control the group they refused to leave the hallway. Unbelievable behaviour and unbelievable that the hotel did not enforce or manage this group. We will not be coming back.

Unfortunately when we were there, there was a hockey tournament in town. So the hotel was full of noise. The public areas were hard to keep clean with the lobby doors constantly open and allowing snow to come through.
