Great place for families
Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Its is located near lots of restaurants and places to shop Plus it's easy on and off the highway. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was amazing, the menu has something for everyone unlike most places that only serve cereal, fruit and milk. This one of the best hotels we've stayed at. We will definitely recommend it to our family and friends when they are in the area.

Clean, but not a great breakfast
We usually always stay at this hotel when in Killeen. It’s clean and nice. But the last couple of times, the breakfast has been extremely disappointing. Even the coffee was “out of order.” When other hotels offer a much better breakfast, we may have to go elsewhere for the same price and location.

The checkin reception guy was rude and acted like we were putting him out by asking if there was a room available. At first he said there wasn’t one but I knew there was because I had checked Expedia first. He said- oh, we like to keep a spare room in case of emergencies. Then he made me book it on Expedia instead of with him. But- the hotel has very nice rooms and is new so we overlooked this turd.
