The staff were amazing at this property...everyone from the front desk, the bar and the activities person...and the communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. This place was like a secret hideaway in busy Key West. This will be one of our go-to's every year and we RARELY ever go to the same place twice because we love variety but this place is a true gem (and we have traveled the world).
