Would choose a different room next time
We stayed in a room directly off the pool area. The outdoor speakers stay on until 10 pm and were thumping against our wall. Had to call each night to get them turned down. Room was extremely small but clean. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Coffee bar could have been nicer.

The Pool area was very nice. Was looking forward to the sun deck but it was being repaired (I guess) because there was no access to it. Did not see any work going on though. Wish they had more parking but understand how limited that is in the KeyWest area.

I paid $295 for this room in Key west. The hotel itself looks nice. The pool area is nice. However our room was a disaster. It was no bigger than a large closet. The toilet, sink and shower were in the bedroom with us. The toilet was about 5 ft from the end of our bed. And the bed was lumpy, old and miserable to sleep on. There was no space in the room for any chairs. The TV was above the door were the toilet was. It was so high you had to strain your neck to watch it. The room number was 110. I don’t know what the other rooms looked like but for $295 this was really bad.

Considering the price we paid for our room, the size and layout were very disappointing. Only the toilet was behind a door. The sink and shower were in the same room as the bed. In fact, the sink was about 3 inches away from one side of the bed. As soon as you open the outside door to enter the room, you run into the bed. The space between the end of the bed and the wall was so small that we couldn't get our suitcases past it. We had to push the suitcases across one side of the bed to the other. No closet or dresser to store clothes so we had to keep them in the suitcases. The location was walkable to Duval street, but even so the room was not worth half of what we paid.

Beautiful place to stay in Key West! Staff was so accommodating! Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. I will definitely be returning! My only request would be to heat the pool. It was cold.

Lovely overall, staff is great. They are always pleasant & can see a good team interaction. Needs more parking & a continental breakfast as not much real close for breakfast when want an easy start to the day.. it is vacation after all.
