The Sink faucet was broken and when we tried to use it, the top popped off and was squirting straight up, got it back on, then put faucet back together and got some towels

The lady at the front desk lied to me. We had the executive suite reset. When we arrived she scrambled, looking through paperwork. When I asked if our room wasn't available she said "oh no it is I was checking something else" then she put us on the first floor room 125 which was the handicap room. Far cry from the executive suite on the second floor. I was super disappointed after having family over to hang out (also staying at the same hotel) and confronted the desk lady in the a.m. and she confirmed we weren't in the executive suite. I was going to push the issue but my wife gave me the "look" to not make a scene. Overall I'm super irritated I was lied to without even trying to overcome them double booking the room. I would accept a refund and it would be water under the bridge. As of now I'm never staying at another red lion hotel.
