Only down fall was when power went out and all my food and milk went bad because of power down for couple hours they first said 1hr and it was a couple hours no hot shower and everthing was dark we missed our show we had reserved.

The staff was excellent and very helpful. There seemed to be no one dedicated to resort activities though except for the poor hotel concierge who was always busy with a line up. Mine one compliant is what I paid for on the advertised website and what I actually got was 2 totally different things and given the xmas season there was no alterations that could be made

Don't pay extra for the Ocean View
Booked an Ocean View upgraded room. What we got was a partial ocean view, if you hung out on the very small balcony. Food at the Bar / Grille was marginal at best. Service was good and staff was nice. Had a free game room with pool tables and arcade games. That was enjoyable. Pool was nice.

The location was great with beach front, walkable to Coconut market and other convenience stores, not too far from airport. But restroom in MoaMoa restaurant was not cleaned. The front desk person was not so nice and gave me the worse room with the roof with a/c compressors view and noisy at night. I asked for upgrade but it was not available because I booked with third party (Expedia). I probably have to look for other resources to book my trip. Most of the time they don’t treat us nicely if we booked with Expedia. No special treat, no free bottle of water, I cannot collect point with hotel also.
