Check in was painfully slow, just two guests ahead of us took forever, and then the attendant took a long phone call from an irate customer... while we stood there waiting. Service was questionable from the moment we entered the hotel.

Another nice stay.
Nice staff. Removations going on but it doesn't look like the new breakfast seating area is big enough for a hotel its size. Breakfast had good choices: boiled eggs, bagels, yogurts, cereal, oatmeal, wafflemaker, juices. Wish the water pressure in shower was better, it took forever to rinse out hair. Bus stop across the street takes you to Manhattan for $4.25, can't beat that.

Excellent value for the money. Friendly staff, super clean updated property. Good breakfast choices. Parking was convenient and safe. Only issues were it took a long time to get hot water in the shower and the TV, while very large had a difficult to navigate remote. Would definitely stay here again.
