I cannot recommend this hotel. Upon arrival, we encountered several issues and received no assistance from the management. Additionally, the dress codes at the restaurants are uncomfortably formal, considering the warm Cancun climate, which was a significant inconvenience. While the facilities are modern and visually appealing, the overall experience was marred by a complete lack of customer service.

Property was gorgeous. There was a nice variety of restaurants, each beautifully decorated. Food was pretty good for an all inclusive. Service was a little slow. I read in another review there were some public bathrooms without locks in the doors. This was true and needs to be fixed! Loved the modern feel of the resort and the staff was friendly. The rooms are gorgeous.
