It has granite counter tops throughout kitchen and bathroom. The condo is newly decorated and very clean. It comes fully furnished including 40'LCD HDTV in living room, queen size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size sofabed in the living area, wireless Internet available, dinning table that seats 4-6, and washer/dryer. Great location and host
This was my second time staying at Chris's place. The condo had everything needed. The condo community has a fitness center with weights and exercise equipment. The pool and hot tub were great. This year, the Community Association added a Wine and Cheese event, movie night, smoothie day, free yoga class and even dog training during my 30 day stay. The condo is right by the wildlife sanctuary and lots of restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend Chris's place. He was very responsive to my questions.

Pleasant Stay
We found this property to be just as advertised. The location is ideal. We wanted to enjoy the good weather. Having the wildlife sanctuary right next door was great for that. We appreciated the kitchen amenities. The unit was well stocked with things like paper products for our extended stay. We also noted that cooking tools such as frying pans and oven trays were in excellent condition.

Fantastic Amenities and Location
Chris was a fantastic host and the property as a whole was more than I expected. The Condo was very clean and cozy. The location in Irvine was 5 min from the airport and close to anything else you need. I’ll definitely stay her again on future trips to the area
