A desk and chair can also be found in the main bedroom - perfect for remote work or schooling. Age-appropriate games are available for younger guests. Not to mention, this getaway has beautiful tiles throughout, so you will be spoiled from the moment you arrive! This home also offers a kid-friendly bunk room plus a casita with a sleeping area and a bathroom.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are 3 outdoor cameras. There is a camera at the front of the home facing the driveway and street. There is also a camera in the courtyard facing the front door and the door to the casita. A 3rd camera in the backyard facing the greens that gets disconnected the day prior to guests arrival.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
