Took a while to get checked in and it was after our 3pm check in time. The room was supposed to be smoke free and it was full of smoke smell. The remote to the tv wouldn’t change the channel. All would do is turn the tv on/off and change the volume. Brought it to their attention and they lady at the desk couldn’t even understand me because she didn’t speak English.

It was very updated. Cracks in tub. No hot water. Someone had written on bathroom door. Bathroom door had holes in it and cracks on the bottom. Room Should not have been rented.
