The service was below par. In room dining options were limited and there wasn’t an easy way to directly order food from the restaurants at the hotel. In-room dining line wasn’t always available on first dial. We had an infant and the stewards delivering food weren’t courteous in closing the door and keeping the volume low. Silverware wasn’t brought at once. Laundry bags weren’t available in the room.

The property is pretty as is the reception area. However the staff are so laid back they are almost falling asleep. They are constantly together looking at mobiles instead of attending to guests.They do not understand hindi or english well. They got our food wrong twice. The bathroom smell was terrible. Bedding was not fresh, had to get someone to change at 10pm. Staff were knocking on my door at 12.10am, he came for a tip which is terrible. We checked out and were waiting to leave, asked for water as sister had temperature, got told had no water bottles which was a lie.. List goes on. No ATM for a 5* is terrible.
