Very Nice with Unpleasant checking BIBI
Overall the resort is amazing. However at the checkin the lady by the name BIBI was extremely unprofessional. She charged breakfast for 3 yrs old and was very poor in communication with the guests. Surprised how mariott could keep someone like her to take care of the guests.

Great hotel with beautiful lobby and dining halls. Could not have asked for better. Wonderful staff. A quiet visit over places like Pattaya or Phuket, but that’s exactly what we wanted.
