Stayed because it was the closest hotel to where we needed to go. Walking distance. Was surprised by how beautiful it was. Room was a bit smaller then expected but the furniture made it roomy. Parking is valet $40. Valet needs to know how to start a diesel truck. Other then that everything was good. Night clerk played hot potatoes with our extended check out. Day clerk took care of it. We finished our business and checked out right at noon. Thanks for offering the extension of an hour and half. I liked the stay and wife was happy also. Great job guys on your hotel, it was very nice. I did nit-pick some things but after living the hotel life for 8 years this was a welcomed stay.

I'm was not happy with the room situation after checking in. After checking in and unpacking, I realized the bathroom sink was faulty. I turned on the hot water and nothing came out of the faucet. The water came from under the sink and ruined everything in the bathroom. I was eventually sent to a new room that night. When I got in, I noticed the room was significantly smaller than what I paid for. I called and was sent to another room which I was told was the same as my original room. When I got the key and went back upstairs (5th time back and forth from lobby to rooms), the key didn't work. I had to go back down and up again and finally was able to get into the room.
