This townhome has 3 bedrooms, 3 full ½ baths, garden tub and stand-alone shower in master, Wi-Fi, balcony off the 2nd floor living area, full-sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, with small patio back yard and furniture. Kitchen fully furnished to include toaster, blender, microwave, and dishwasher. Primary parking is located in front of the home, with a two-car garage, as well as driveway parking. EV Charging available in in garage. Combined, it is enough to fit four standard-sized vehicles. Street parking may be available.
